Not many pros. Firestone used to be a really great place to work. Too many changes and upset in philosophy and culture which has given teammates uncertainty and fear for their job even when they have great performance and reviews.

Cons

Too many people leaving which is creating extra work for those remaining. Moving the Corp HQ Nashville has many pushed into a corner of distrust and concern. Jobs have been eliminated and not replaced which puts more weight on those left to pick up the slack which makes jobs very difficult and inefficient to do. The support roles are not supporting roles any longer which affect customers and loyalties.

Not much anymore. Unfortunately the moral is at the lowest I have ever see it and that does not bode well.

Cons

Any and all new changes. Unhappy employees are unproductive employees not to mention there is a mass exodus going on there willingly and unwillingly.
