      Pros

      Bridgestone is overall a great company all around with great benefits. Management really cares about employees and families well being. Bridgestone is flexible with necessities of life.

      Cons

      Bridgestone operates seven days a week requiring working all weekends. The company is only closed a few days of the year. Bonuses and commissions are never consistent and never add up to what's expected.
