      Pros

      Great work environment; flexible time schedule (9x80); a lot of activities going on on campus; friendly people; we care about community and environment; great products that makes me proud

      Cons

      It could always be better but I have no major concerns. I would appreciate clear career ladder as not it is not very transparent in terms of expectations.

      Pros

      shop is the top in customer counts and profits. I had the distinguished service district award from the company for three straight years and present until I left in 2016.

      Cons

      downside of shop were our sales staff weren't certified enough for the technicians.
