Overtime is a big thing at this company. If you want overtime, it's almost guaranteed to be available. Bonuses can be bounty when the department/plant does well per pay period.

Cons

Rotating shift can be difficult seas to navigate, but still managed with time. Work-life balance can be a challenge as well.

None as such. Akron isn't that good.

Benefits were good. The job itself was stressful yet highly rewarding!

Cons

Full pensions are not available. Lump sum at retirement given. Management style is shady and underhanded - cannot trust management. You can come in and do your job and be told you are their #1 person. However, you will consistently be given unclear reasons why you cannot move ahead or what you need to do to be considered for "career advancement"
