Pros

Do what has been told to you to do. Keep your creative brain at home. Save it for future. Work like donkeys.

Cons

Worked in an environment full of - bigotry prejudice bias discrimination dogmatism fanaticism injustice narrow-mindedness partiality provincialism racialism racism sectarianism unfairness ............... Couldn't find any more words. Everything mentioned above, exist in small and higher doses. People got framed or fired. HR is sleeping. Administration is snoring. IT department is full of this crap. Grandfathers are running the companies, who have no clue where the latest technology has moved. Just replaced all my cars' Bridgestone tires with Michelin tires. Feeling Great. No complain.

Pros

Great opportunities to advance, good people, great brands, better than average pay. Good benefits.

Cons

New management - not in touch with tire business or dealer customers. Millennial overload - smart but overly confident and novice level as they step into leadership roles.

Pros

Half way decent pay. Full time is nice, I guess the benefits are okay. Like a book with a beautiful cover photo and short amazing information page. This place looks better than it is. Room for advancement but you have to be a favorite.

Cons

Every other Saturday at CFNA Brookpark Ohio is REQUIRED on this day you work 8 hours but DO NOT get a lunch break. So, you work an 8 hours shift with only two 15 minute breaks. However, this is on of the busiest days of the week so a break is needed just to get some air or maybe eat something but they dont care. Inbound customer service trainers have not even worked in your position yet they are supposed to teach the position. The training class is boring and just goes on with a lady talking. The class is all over the place, there is no set ciriculum that anybody follows. Not sure how Im supposed to learn anything here to do my job. Ive been involved in two conversation with two seperate managers when I spoke of an idea or opinion they both rolled their eyes and kept the conversation going with the other person. IF YOU WANT TO BE RESPECTED NEED NOT APPLY. They try to perk the place up with commitiees but thats just to give managment something to do, if your just a rep managment does not awknowlege your presence. This coming from customer service. Stay away from Team Fab, enter at your own risk. Favortism is preffered here. They claim team work and coaching are etheir favorite things but thats a lie, very fake people.
