      This is a stable company with a 125-year history, so it will be around and you don't have to worry about it completely folding up.

      Cons

      It is consistently going downhill, with less and less available benefits, really bad wage compression, and no real accountability from the highest levels. They recently did a workforce reduction and completely missed some of the most obvious waste and valueless activity,
