Pros

Great Team in my area of work Great Compensation, Benefits Average to Below Average, Bonus Plan was changed last year, still good until grandfather period expires.

Cons

Company is trying too much to become just like other large companies instead of keeping the unique identity that it had when I joined the company 5 years ago. Too much emphasis on hiring millennials vs. the right experienced people Too hard for experienced people to get promoted, too easy for millineals Trying to follow the blue print for reorganization that other companies have followed unsuccessfully

Pros

The company is a well established company. You will have job security as long as you do the things that you were hired to do. The structure is built so that you can branch out into many other forms of the company. The company as a whole is "trying" to make an effort to improve employee relations. The company is great for a starting job. You will learn how to read income sheets and how to run an effective business making you a valuable commodity. The direct interaction with customers everyday will give you the highest regards when looking for jobs within any industry.

Cons

The company falls short of taking care of the employees that it currently has. There are many that have left and are leaving that have spent plenty of years with the company, but left because they felt like they were forgotten about or that there plead for help was unheard. There also is a propensity to promise things that the company knows that they can not deliver on such as: promotions, staffing, salary or location desires. The employee base is not included or considered when making decisions that affect there everyday lives. Many employees work 6 days a week and more than 55+ hours due to staffing. The staffing problems come because people are leaving and people are reluctant to apply because they hear what is going on within the company.

Pros

benefits are good..opportunity for advancement, pay is good after you top-out in 5 years, however new hires will most likely work night shift for 10 years before you can get a day job

Cons

Bottom line is the $$$...Don't expect anything other than a paycheck. Plenty of overtime! No 401K match. While management bonuses skyrocketed, technician's bonus took a nose dive! Haven't had a GWI in .Hmm, I can't remember the last pay raise! I make less now than 10 years ago doing the same job.
