customer interaction, learning how to build quotes, hybrid role where you can work on cars and work up front with customers and show them in detail what you found on their car
Cons
they expect you to bonus , so it’s not really a bonus . and fighting the flat rate techs for tickets to make your “bonus” kind of sucks. because for you, it’s extra money and not “required” to make a paycheck. but that’s all they have to make a paycheck, most of not all have families to feed.
