Pros
A paycheck. Getting treated like disposable item. Not valuing experience. Silo’d highly political organization creates misery. They look at your pedigree , while wondering what’s wrong with morale
Cons
Ageism, if you’re over 40 forget it. Filling diversity quotas in corporate roles with folks having zero experience, but who look good on paper. No work life balance, they’ll run you into the ground and promote their office favorite. Forget asking for raises, they always have an excuse to say no, like 9 box, you need a mentor, be patient, let’s benchmark the industry to see. I saw 9 CEOS come and go, nothing changes
