Good brand name, great feeling to work for a well known company. OK Compensation.

Cons

My job: corporate engineering support to several manufacturing facilities. You would not want to buy Bridgestone tires if only you knew what really was happening in manufacturing. The brand calls for ethics but manufacturing is not about ethics, it is about number of tires that get warehoused. All of this only results in micromanagement of employees to hide facts and save face. Very toxic environment.
