Bridgestone as a company is a class act. I was proud to say i worked for bridgestone. Work life balance, pay. Machines did all the work for you. It was easy if you had a positive attitude about working. The culture that has been built by the union is terrible though. Make every excuse not to work should be the slogan here. Bad drug problem.

It's kind of like Training Day, just a union sweat shop instead of police union
