      As far as factory work, this is one of the better places, but it's still factory work

      Pros

      Great people to work with and supervisors were all people that understood your position (but still got the job done), pay was pretty good for the work, a lot of OT opportunity for people that wanted it, they take safety seriously

      Cons

      Long hours, work can be mind-numbingly monotonous (cant use headphones either), can go a whole week without seeing the sun, some days (not all) are physically exhausting (if something breaks down, production never stops, you become a machine then)
