      Great entry level job but don't expect to make a living wage for Boston area.

      Great benefits working in higher education. Very flexible.

      Cons

      BU severely undervalues their employees and underpays employees across the board when comparing similar positions at other Boston colleges/universities. Many people I know, myself included, need to work 1 or more extra side jobs just to be able to afford rent and groceries.
