Pros

Great benefits, lots of holidays and vacation days.

Cons

I feel like there wasn't much room for growth. Managers seem to only appreciate and focus on the employees that they like.

Pros

You get the opportunity to try a lot of new things

Cons

Lack of leadership, getting promoted or transferred is like pulling teeth, morale is horrible and supervisors seem to be oblivious to it, and work/life balance would be great if you could actually take advantage of it.

Pros

Great intellectual atmosphere, large number of renowned scholars, occasionally very smart students, low work load for grad students; lots of perks.

Cons

Low stipend, fellowship, or teaching compensation for grad students; the variance of student quality is huge; no campus.
