Pros

Great work / life balance. A chance to support really great research and education. Ability to take courses for free if you want.

Cons

They try to run too many projects at once and then wonder why things take too long. They need to mature their data governance. They occasionally tolerate rude or incompetent managers, but they are getting better with that.

Pros

-tuition-remission program with many programs to choose from -it really depends on your office--most of the non-law and non-med offices I've seen/worked in are pretty casual, though. -it's Harvard training ground, so after a little while you can get a much better paid place

Cons

working at BU means you'll be wildly underpaid, so if you can get hired at virtually any of the other large universities in the area, go there instead.
