Solo dorm/Apartment, great co-workers, good compensation.

Cons

Your experience really depends on what neighborhood you get placed in. Some rooms are much nicer than others and some hall directors are better than others. It does get a bit stressful with overnight on call shifts.It can be difficult to balance it with classes but it was worth it to me.
