I have yet to see any pros to this positions

Cons

Few nice coworkers, but management and other coworkers are bullies. They have you doing work that is not in your job description. Half of the benefits that make you apply for the job are either outdated or do not exist. I hated the environment from the day I walked in and it caused me depression. They will accuse you of unspeakable things to cover up their own unorganization and incompetence. STAY AWAY.

My immediate supervisor was great and the students I worked with were great.

Cons

The infrastructure was archaic. Work life balance was bad. Many people had been there a very long time and were averse to any change.
