Highly focused faculty and staff. They care about students for a large research uni this is rare. Great benefits with high 401k match.

Cons

Low pay for a high cost city. Long time for advancement. Faculty run everything until there is someone to blame.

I work at Rhett's, the people and workers are amazing. You get $15 for free food at the end of your shift anywhere at the food court besides Panda, Bashos, and Halal

Cons

If you are considering working at Panda, be warned that you will be worked to the BONE there. All the other stations are fine to my knowledge. Panda is just really stressful bc of many orders+strict managers
