Pros

Great business model for distance education. Improved management. Good location. Pleasant, helpful colleagues. New senior positions created. Some opportunity to work from home. New management in Office of Distance Education is more attentive, responsive, organized and supportive.

Cons

Management was less flexible than needed for supporting a professionally educated, master's degree level staff.

Pros

Location is great. Benefits and work schedule are great. Some smart people there.

Cons

I worked in Information Services. Projects moved tediously slow. Some smart people there, but the different subgroups didn't get along. Because the benefits are so great, though, you have some people still there long after they should have moved on.
