Great way to interact with professors and further professional experience while still in school. Decent pay when you can get it.

Cons

Difficult to acquire funding, may end up working pro bono. Sometimes hard to measure progress without regular feedback and advice from professors.

BU is an interesting place to work. Very fulfilling helping students out when they appreciate what you do.

Cons

Students often don't appreciate what you do. Lots of politics and backstabbing here. People are always looking for how to better themselves
