Cons

Some of the lowest staff compensation among private universities in Boston Difficulty moving upward without connections Limited growth within a position Most of the other staff is adverse to change

The people, tuition remission, excellent benefits and time off are all fantastic at Boston University. I really enjoy working there.

Cons

Salaries are a bit lower than other academic institutions. Parking costs on the Medical School campus are a little high.
