Pros

BU has great benefits, tuition remission, medical, retirement, time off. Lots of vacation and sick time given, along with school holidays.

Cons

Petty Politics can sometimes be an issue. Pay is not great, but BU pays in benefits. Stability can also mean boredom, especially on the administrative side of BU.
