Cons

Get this job only if you are a Phd student. Basically you need to apply for the Phd at Boston University, and also, of course, have a desire to pursue Phd.

BU has excellent benefits - lots of vacation time, great health benefits and you can move up easily.

Cons

Because this is a university, there can be a lot of red tape to deal with. Decisions cannot usually be made quickly.
