Pros

Can depend on your professor. You will be picking the course you're TAing for, obviously You have some flexibility on your commitment/ responsibilities

Cons

Honestly, nothing really. It's a part time job as a TA for courses you've done well in, so its unlikely that you won't like it.

Pros

BU has very nice faculties and research facilities to help your research work, and it also has very good living facilities such as the great gym.

Cons

As a research assistant, you get monthly stipend which is not very high and you will need to find an actual job after graduation.
