Pros
I worked in the New Media department and had the opportunity to develop professionally. I had a great boss who allowed me to work independently, but provided support when necessary.
Cons
BU is a huge institution. My experience may not speak to the greater culture of the university. I found that each school and department has its own pros and cons.
