On campus job. Great professors and working partners. Reviewing previous knowledge. Making friends with peers. Helpful weekly educational classes. Practice thinking and communication skills.

Cons

Overall organization can be better. Communication between professors and students can be more clearly. Payment may be better as working in the dining hall can almost earn as much as this position does.
