Supportive, collaborative environment - working in this department is refreshing as it's generally devoid of anger/passive-aggressivity that can impede good research

Cons

There are very minimal postdoctoral fellow-specific resources, and overall numbers are lower than at other institutions. Benefits are beginning to be mandated, but some postdoc's are not insurance-eligible.
