-Broad exposure to multiple industries and functions -Smart, generally friendly coworkers from partner down -Great salary, fantastic benefits -Excellent business fundamentals education

Cons

-Despite efforts to contrary, real lack of work / life balance -Highly unpredictable hours, quality / subject of project, quality of partners -Nature of work is changing -- more large, process-oriented cases with repeat clients; not a problem unless you were expecting something else
