      Pros

      Very organized company with a great deal of tools to support your everyday job and allow you to have a better work-life balance. Highly committed to deliver value to the client and to develop its consulting team. Dedicates a very senior team to each projetc.

      Cons

      Can promote more exposure of its team to client's senior elements. More international experience can be promoted, as well as more cross office staffing to prevent consultants' down time at one particular office. Partners tend to concentrate in a small number of clients, which can limit the number of projects and industries.

      Diverse client work for leading companies around the world. Smart, fun, youthful culture devoid of any of the arrogance and heirarchy one finds at other strategy firms. A genuine commitment to worklife balance in spite of the demanding nature of this career.

      Demanding clients, short timelines, "up or out" at every step in your career - even at the partner level.
