      Pros

      Very professional as you’d expect - well paid and at firm level seem to do what they can to look after staff. Lots of scope for learning and development

      Cons

      Undercurrent of toxic culture - unrealistic expectations. Bad management is unchecked. Ridiculously long working hours.

      Free meals and good health insurance.

      Cons

      If I could go back to 2021 I would have NEVER accepted this position. the pay is awful. The management is unsupportive unless you are a favorite or "popular" around the office. Promotion cycling is very unfair and everyone - even others in the same function, but just a higher title - treat others TERRIBLY. I would never recommend this to anyone.

      Some interesting briefs and cases. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Everyone competes against each other, you rarely feel like you're working as a team (those who think otherwise have only ever worked in consulting). Majority of work is slide generation, effectively writing reports with quick turnarounds. Ways of working haven't changed in decades in terms of processes and expected working hours. Many people have work-related stress issues as a result, some times to a severe level.
