They give good Salary to lure good people who otherwise would be working in nice jobs Food is amazing and it's free. Admin team does a commendable job overall

BPO kind of work Favoritism in management Politics Repetitive, non-intellectual, non value adding work Work from home is discouraged by management Cheap mentality I have heard cases of female sexual harassment and management trying to diminish it Gender biasing No travel opportunities Feels like working in a vendor company, not BCG
