      Sorry couldn't find any good reason to recommend. All i have to say here is "Nothing nothing nothing nothing nothing". There is absolutely nothing about this company, that I could recommend to anyone.

      Cons

      1) Worst corporate culture ever. 2) Immature management, no one knows anything what to do. 3) Herd mentality 4) Incompetent people 5) No corporate policies defined 6) Not professional at all 7) Imagine a company, which has no offer letter. Like seriously, in this day and age..Is this pre world war? 8) No office hours, no one monitors nothing. No discipline, ethics. 9) Treat people as a head count, can hire and fire on no basic grounds.

      A bad place for admin staff

      Food in the kitchen, health and dental benefits, multicultural environment

      Cons

      No opportunity to grow Micromanagement: you can't do anything without asking the permission of management (even going to the bathroom), initiatives are unwelcome, avoid going beyond your role Admin staff considered as stupid: managers openly despite their work and competences Low pay, very low pay Bonus based on criterion that have nothing to do with your performances

      Decent pay pales comparted to experience.

      Cons

      Job is fake, value added is questionable and you only move up if you can make friends within the company. Its a stupid model that works if youre great at making friends and can worm more than 12 hours non-stop at the highest level of speed and quality you will probably thrive but be honest to yourself.
