      Great management. Generally positive, diverse culture.

      I struggle to come up with cons. Probably the pace that comes with a rapidly growing company - but keeps things fresh and interesting.

      - Flexible hours (great work/life balance) - Focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion (not perfect, but the intention and effort is there) - Constant communications (via Slack and Email) for transparency - C-suite leaders are accessible - Everyone I've reached out to with questions is willing to help - True to their core values (Go Beyond, Play for Each Other, Create Awesome Things, Own It, and Build Trust) - There are employee resource groups and other interest groups in the Slack workspace for employees to connect with co-workers across functions and departments about non-work topics that are important to them - Great pay and benefits

      Cons

      - They are still figuring out how to truly be a global company, so I do see a bias towards catering to the North America region

      - People first culture with very supportive teammates and management that foster collaboration and growth. - New leadership is bringing exciting energy and a positive outlook for the future.

      Cons

      Nothing out of the ordinary for a company that is rapidly growing. An exciting time to join as new structures are being put in place that you have the opportunity to shape.
