Nice people on the team, decent base.

Cons

No standardized process. No help from management. Incompetent HR department. Constant flow of conflicting information within organization, broken tools, random changes, layoffs of enterprise AEs as they outsource to lower paid sales team based out of Canada. No loyalty to a long time employees.

Pros

Some really good people to work with. Prior to the sale to a VC the environment was fun, people focused and you could see growth.

Cons

Culture has taken a nose dive. No real important communication coming from the top just a lot of fluff. quiet layoffs happening and expect more to come. Once was a great place to work, now its all about numbers not people.

The Dell Boomi platform is 2nd to none. It does what is says it can do better than the competition. The ability to work remote.

Cons

The leadership team from Directors to the C-Suite are not experienced. The decisions they make are shortsighted and based on hope and not on data. They do not have a strategic plan. They make up for the absence of a plan by hiring more people and giving vague motivational speeches once a quarter. The morale is crumbling and teams are in chaos.
