Pros

I love that it's a very open door policy, always improving, always innovating, there's always something new. People are very friendly and outgoing. I love that i get to travel a lot and see new places. There's opportunity to grow and it's encouraged. Environment is informal and relaxed.

Cons

Travelling so much can be difficult at time because I miss my boyfriend, family and events.

Pros

Great development opportunities that may lead to promotion. Strong regional leadership who walk the talk. Increased effort toward work-life balance.

Cons

Due to constant growth, there is plenty of change. The work always exceeds your available time, so personal time management efforts are needed.
