Pros

Love the company's fabric of culture and values. Everything this company stands for reflects the kind of person I am aside from work so this is a very comfortable place for me to be. Diversity is celebrated here so you are constantly reminded how great you are whether you're straight, gay, Christian, Muslim, Black, White or Asian. It's simply amazing.

Cons

Sometimes you may feel like your concerns are not being addressed but they are, it's just time management that struggles during peak.
