Pros

- Salary is within acceptable range and fair with a hefty bonus. - Work is rewarding, you feel like you're making a difference. - Work Autonomy (No micro-management provided that you do the job right considering that you are working solo). - Free access to learning and opportunities to up-skill (i.e., Free Linkedin Learning account). -No weekend on-call rotation (was a thing). -5 weeks of annual leave (No Xmas shutdown), free on-site lunch, complementary life insurance, paid overtime. -Booking.com perks including hotel discounts and such.

Cons

-Next-to-Zero growth opportunities. If you work here in this role, you are pretty much stuck in this position for life if you're in IT. -Work-life/Balance can be an issue (Expect to occasionally work after-hours or engage in late meetings). -Layoffs/Right-sizing is a little bit too frequent considering that our profitability increases every year.
