Pros

- highly skilled colleagues; - learning opportunities; - friendly environment; - fancy office; - hybrid way of working; - good benefits; - great relocation support.

Cons

- Many of the tools and processes used at Booking are completely different from other companies. Therefore, a lot of knowledge gained at Booking can't be used elsewhere. And vice versa. - Many processes at Booking are not established. Perhaps because of the rapid growth. - Following the value of “being a protagonist” means you can't focus on the technical details of a task, even if that's your direct responsibility. You also have to do the job of a manager. Some people like it, some technical people don't.
