Employee Benefits and Well-being Dynamic and Inclusive Culture Collaborative and Friendly Work Environment

Cons

I’ve been with Booking.com for a while, and unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. There’s a lot of favoritism within teams, and it feels like office politics take precedence over actual work. . Career progression is non-existent, and there’s no clear direction or structure for growth. On top of that, there are no standardized processes in place, which makes it hard to stay organized or succeed. Overall, it's been a frustrating environment and not what I expected from such a well-known company.
