Fellow colleagues were really great to work with and made coming into work more bearable.

Cons

Some really poor management experiences. Due to understaffing, me and fellow coworkers were often assigned to fill in positions that we were improperly trained for. When we weren't doing the job correctly, management didn't show like they cared very much.

No potential growth, bad management, very unprofessional, managers sleeping with managers making it hard for others that trying to move up, African Americans don't really have higher positions, needs a union to control the wrongful treatment, everything is to their decretion nothing really in black and white,

Poor management, no employee appreciation, lack of respect to the staff. This company is definitely the last place you want to work at. This company will not promote from within if you are looking to move up. They will hire an outside person instead of promoting a current employee.
