Pros

passion for sustainable and farm to fork food production was a plus. creative meals made daily. hours and benefits were good.

Cons

everything else from supervisors to managers was poor, poor work ethics, lies, discrimination, intimidation, unfair hiring practices. road blocks at every turn while trying to get promoted.

Pros

Google “perks” - free food, free EV charging

Cons

- you could be the hardest worker, go above and beyond and NEVER receive any acknowledgement. - clients are “googlers” that are very entitled, snobby and rude - management plays favorites. It doesn’t matter if you work hard and the favorites slack off. If you aren’t a favorite and make a small mistake it is a big deal. If you are a favorite and make a huge mistake, it is not a big deal. -You only get promoted or a raise if you suck up to upper management. - AWFUL culture. Gossiping, Cliques, separate group chats, they make you feel like an outsider if you aren’t a favorite and don’t abuse substances with the bosses outside of work. - no recognition, no bonus goals, no holiday party or gift, they don’t even give you a happy birthday message. - poor communication. They expect us to know when processes change but upper management doesn’t relay the messages. Then you get reprimanded for not knowing. -the people and the culture are awful. They preach “tough love” and “coaching” but it’s actually just bullying and pushes people down.
