The full time benefits and work hours are definitely great factors in working for Bon Apetit management company that give you a reliable routine.

Cons

The downside is that in my case there was no real emphasis on boosting moral or any sort of employee level implementation on the values of the company it's self . No culture , just work .

Money and Insurance that's it. Maybe schedules will fit for college students. I don't have any pros to think of

Cons

Company which doesn't even have any profit sharing, stock, and so on that based on stupid management. Experienced one managers who doesn't know how to control himself towards every single girls like desperate animal. So many discriminations every where with running their mouth without filtering in their head. Maybe they don't have any brains to think of before they act.
