-You can try out different projects and get some good experience depending on the team you're with -Good place to work for around 2 years, after that it becomes stale quickly -you do meet some good people who care

Cons

- Generally under resourced and under staffed for a lot of projects - A lot of managers do not care about anything beyond sitting through daily meetings, allocate tasks, and if something goes wrong they'll blame someone else - a lot of the forced culture stuff is fake - this company loves its process driven work, it creates so much slowness - technically skilled people carry the projects, but they're the least recognised

Pros

You would think the workload would be a pro or at least the pay but they keep trying to do more with less and less. And of course your pay doesn’t keep up with inflation. I can’t really think of a pro at the moment. I regret joining.

Cons

I don’t recommend the company. You’ll work on the most antique tech stack. And by the time you want to leave or switch you’ll end up being stuck because no one wants to hire you elsewhere.
