Interns are exposed to a lot of perks in St. Louis. You get a chance to participate in a lot of company sponsored social events i.e. baseball games, concerts, learning together programs, and a visit to the amazing Boeing Leadership Center. Opportunities to mingle with people from different professional backgrounds are endless. As an intern you get benefits and pay as if you were an entry level employee.

Cons

Do not learn much as an intern, half the time my boss did not know what to do with me.

Cons

Huge generational and cultural gap that will be the demise of the company. The bureaucracy makes it impossible to get work done.
