Cons

I was able to work in several different departments during my time at Boeing and learn more as a result of that. However, most people were not given that opportunity. Also, there are frequent layoffs (but this is common in the industry)

Generation gap. Many trainings for new employees (i.e., very structured environment). Management constantly enforced excessive number of meetings. Many people doing the same thing (i.e., not enough work to go around).
