Benefits and flexibility are great.

Cons

Everything else. Career path, employee respect, technical skill appreciation. If you are a sycophant, you will flourish. Lots of meetings, documents, process. If you like technical achievement, look elsewhere.

- Tuition Reimbursement - Flexibility (flex time, virtual work) - Lots of room to move up, because there is lots of people close to retiring

Cons

- Bureaucracy - takes forever to get things done; however, at the same time there's no governance - Stale/slow moving - depending on where you are you might find yourself bored out of your mind
