      Good Employer, But a Bit Inefficient

      Technically-challenging work. Good recruitment drives from the local universities.

      Cons

      Top-heavy company. Mediocre engineers seem to 'fall' into management jobs. Technically-proficient engineers with no management interest are generally underappreciated and underpaid. As a whole, the company is process-driven rather than results-driven, even in non-aerospace projects where greater risk is tolerable. Things move slowly, meaning projects tend to be late and over-budget.
