Cons

Utter lack of any sense of Project or Functional management across Boeing. We're overcommitting on contracts, underperforming, and over working the few good people we have. People are suffering from burnout and apathy because any attempts to push progress is met with stonewalling, red tape, and resource contraints.

Pros

It's a good starting point. They offer tuition assistance if you want to pursue a master's, which is invaluable these days. There are lots of opportunities available to receive mentorship. Reputable for how long they've been around (despite the recent bad PR).

Cons

Not a place you will expect to be challenged. Lots of red tape and things done the "old school way". Very process-oriented and things can get boring really fast. Management values "years of work" over quality of work when it comes to promotions.
