      Decent pay starting out Working on airplanes is cool Lots of information easily found, you can research a lot.

      Cons

      Lots of micromanagement. Loss of remote work, no flexibility. Revolving doors of managers, Don't have time to do majority of the job, company won't hire enough people. Poor diversity.
