Most of the people are great and work very hard but are overshadowed by the ones that don't need a job or paycheck, show up late, or not at all. The perks for the company as well as the New Berlin warehouse are very good. The 10 hours work shifts are nice and having 3 days off a week makes it easier to have a life. The overtime is there if you want it but most people don't seem to want to work hard or want the extra money The office manager is awesome! She does her best to boost morale where she can and seems to hold the place together. She's always there with a greeting, answers, direction, and a friendly smile. She was out for a couple months and the place fell apart with nothing getting done like free shelf, lunches, meetings, etc. When she did come back, she took charge and communicates with everyone in a reasonable manner instead of demanding. It's nice having someone in the building that does the job and then some, but it really should be management that steps up like that. Free product is there if you want it and use it.
